Rob was actually the second realtor we went with to sell our home because we were naive and thought that our home was worth more than what the market would bear. In the end, he was an excellent communicator (despite his busy schedule! How does he do it?), guided us through each important step and his pricing was right on with what the market would accept. He never promised anything that he couldn't deliver on and he was up front about his moves and decisions. We were on the same page with him throughout the process. We had an initial offer fall through and the house was forced to go back on the market, we had another offer with 72 hours! Shorewest is the best!

Though my wife and I didn't work directly with Rob when purchasing our new home (we worked with Justin Ippoliti), I'm certain that Rob was a large factor in the success of that transaction.
